Why is the minimum order 5 packs?+
Every pack is printed to order. Below five, the print setup costs more than the snacks, so five packs is where we can keep prices sane. It works out either way — five is a small gift box, and five is also about a week of office pantry.
How long do the snacks stay fresh?+
Classic Mix keeps 6 months, Spicy Mix 5 months, Festive Mix 4 months from the pack date — all shelf-stable, no refrigeration. Every pouch is nitrogen-flushed and the batch date is printed on the back.
What actually changes between Regular and Organic?+
The ingredients, not the recipe. Organic uses certified organic dals, groundnuts, makhana and jaggery, with cold-pressed oil or A2 ghee instead of refined oil. Same mixes, same portions, roughly 50% higher price because the raw material costs that much more.
How long does delivery take?+
4-6 days for small batches, 6-9 days up to 60 packs, and 8-15 days for large corporate runs. Printing takes 2-3 days of that. Festival weeks (Diwali, Rakhi) get busy, so order about two weeks ahead.
Do you do bulk and corporate orders?+
Yes, that's a big part of what we do — Diwali hampers for teams, joining kits, event giveaways. Anything above 150 packs gets custom pricing and a proof PDF before we print. Write to hello@apnipotli.com with your quantity and date.
Can I print my own brand on the pack?+
Yes — that is the whole idea of Apni Potli: create your own, keep your own. Home bakers, creators and gifters print their own label, their own logo line and their own colours on organic, compostable packaging. What you cannot do is print someone else's brand — our AI assistant blocks any attempt to copy an established brand, logo, film, sports team or character, and offers original design ideas in its place.
How does the AI design assistant work?+
Tell it what the pack is for — a meme for a friend, a motivational line for exam season, Diwali greetings with your family name, or your own snack label. It returns three ready pack designs with a top line, a personal line and a colour, and you apply one in a tap. Everything it makes prints on our organic packaging.
Can I print anything on the pack?+
Almost. You own what you write, and by submitting it you confirm you have the right to use it. Our templates are licensed for personal and gifting use. We do a quick human check before printing and will refuse hate speech, slurs, third-party logos and copyrighted characters — we'll email you and refund in full if something doesn't pass.
